-Probably married to the widow of Francis Griswold or Grissell, but this would be after his children were born as a second marriage, since Francis Grissell did not die until 1652, and therefore this woman is not the mother of his children. Some on-line sites give her as "Mary Tracy", the daughter of royalty but there is no evidence of this, and it is highly implausible that William Bullard was of standing to marry a daughter of a Baronet.
- The baptism of his daughter Mary is found in the church record books of Barnham, Suffolk, England.
