Notes:
-Buried at Fox Cemetery in Berkeley, but tombstone is not original
-Fined for breech of the peace and "Distemper with spirits" on
multiple occasions. He was also set in the stocks for swearing and in 1657 was
banished from the town for his alcoholism. He was banished with his wife,
and the six month old child of Mary by another man she was not married to.
