Notes:
-Left to his son Daniel Pierce in his will in 1677 "all his houseing, lands, goods, and chattells".
- He had nephews with the last name of "Spencer", so it is perhaps possible that his wife's birth name was Spencer.
- His wife died July 27, 1654 in Newbury. Her name is not given in the town death record, and the court copy gives her name as "Sarah". However, there are two existing deeds which name Daniel's wife as Katherine. "Great Migration Begins, vol 5" concludes that Daniel's wife's name was Katherine.
