William first appears in records in 1651 when he is involved in a court case regarding an assault upon him in a barn. William did not leave a great many records, and died around age 37. His wife swore to his inventory worth 52 pounds, including house and four acres of land. His wife remarried quickly with her young children and moved into New Hampshire. She had more children, before her death, in 1667.
