Notes:
-Little is known about Edward Walden. He left a will signed 22 March 1678/9 and proved 25 Jun 1679 in Wenham, Mass. He names his children, including Ruth, but no wife. She was presumably dead by then. The name of his wife is unknown, but a Hannah Walden is admitted into Wenham church on the line after Edward. But, there is a reference to a "Tamesin Waldron, wife of Edward Waldron" being a witness in June 1671. Perhaps he was married twice.
-His inventory at death included: ten acres of lanf, one cow, one gun, clothing, pothooks, one old kettle, one old ax, bedding, and a bedstead, as well as money owed by other parties.
- He did not sign his will (made his mark instead).
