-Her death is not listed in the Charlestown Vital Records, it comes from "The Genealogies and Estates of Charlestown" which gets the date from her gravestone which I cannot located, and gives an impossible age of "ae 60". It is possible this is not the correct date of her death, but it is probably very close since William Sheafe married secondly in 1679. On a list of people who died of smallpox in 1677/8 is listed one member of William Sheafe's household and this could be Ruth.
