-Many others claim the parantage of Mahala Cole to be Hynson Cole and Elizabeth Hurley, although I have not seen any evidence of this. Hynson does not mention Mahala in his will, and she is not listed in many other lists of his many children. The source of her birthdate is likewise completely unknown to me.
