Notes:
-Lived at Woburn, Mass before moving to Chelmsford.
-Deeded a Meadow to his brother in law Gershom Proctor. In this deed,
and throughout his life he is called "Thomas Chamberlain, Junior".
-Served with distinction in the King Phillip's War. Served at the
garrison at Grotcon, and enlisted under Capt. Joseph Sill, and marched to
Pequaket in October 1676.
-His death date may be "May" instead of "March".
