Second marrieed Sarah Bemis, and had a daughter Mary by her.
On 3 July 1749 widow Sarah Flagg posted bond as administratrix of the estate of Bezaleel Flagg of Waltham. The account allowed 2 July 1753 mentions children Bezaleel, William, Timothy and Mary. On 10 July 1753 the widow's dower was set off and the rest of the land went to son Bezaleel Flagg who was to pay their portions to Susanna, wife of Abraham Bemis, William Flagg, Timothy Flagg and Mary Flagg.
