Marriage Source "The Enigmatic 1638 Marriage of Mary Rice and Thomas Axtell in Hertfordshire" by Chandler,Rice, Rice, and King from Edward Rice Association Newsletter Vol 90, No1. page 8. Although this article states that the Mary Rice of this marriage may be to Mary Rice, the daughter of Edmund Rice's brother and Thomasine Frost's sister, there is no reason to believe this is the case. Edmund Frost's land transactions selling land to Mary and buying land from her are much more indicative of a father daughter relationship. However, since the two Mary's were double cousins, they share the same four grandparents either way.
