Notes:
-He was born at 10pm in the morning
-In 1784, he died by eating a poisoned goose. His son had served him the dinner, but claimed it was inadvertantly poisoned. The church book records in his death record "He was so strongly poisoned through a poisoned goose quarter by his son Georg Michael Jeuther--also a local tailor--on November 3rd that the father died a miserable death at 5pm November 4th. During the autopsy it was found still half the poison along with the still poisoned food in the corpse. God have mercy on both the father and the son who was immediately placed in chains and shackles. On May 14th, 1785, the maleficent openly swore a formal oath before the court after I, the pastor, had strongly accused him previously in the open session on oath of perjury according to God's word with the rebuke and punishments now and in eternity. The son stated he did not knowingly or intentionally poison his father. After the universal judgement of August 17, 1785 he was brought to Strasburg to serve a five year sentence as a galley slave. My God! Have mercy on this wretched person and let him die and suffer in his sins and additionally give him true penance so he can have eternal life."
-Had eight children in all.
