-On February 26, 1754, Isaac conveyed "for love" to John his house and some Chelmsford land. The deed was recorded not until August 3, 1763.
-No Will is on file for Isaac.
-Isaac settled on the farm at the site occupied by 1898 by john byam and known for many years as John Byam's palce. It is located on High street at locust on robin's hill, a short distance from the old byam homestead.
