Notes:
-On February 26, 1754, John's father Isaac conveyed "for love" to John his house and some Chelmsford land. The deed was recorded not until August 3, 1763.
-March 8, 1771 John was sworn in as fence-viewer. He is included in the DAR Patriot Index for civil service, and his descendants are eligeble for DAR membership.
-In 1772 he was one of four hog reeves appointed.
-In 1772 his town tax was 3-17-5, and his Province Treasurer Tax was 6-2-9-2
-Near 1772, he acquired land in Acworth, NH. He was a non-resident proprietor of Lot 6, Range 7, of Lot 14, Range 7, and Lot 15, Range 8. his daughters Susanna and Thankful lived ther in the 1780s.
-Jul 16, 1787, John and his son John signed the petition that Job Shattuck be pardoned for his alleged encouragemnet of Shay's Rebellion.
-On Jul 20, 1809 John conveyed to his son Simeon for $1000 all his real estate in Chelmsford and Westford. The dead was recorded Jul 10, 1813, one week after John's death.
-The administration of John's estate was granted Oct 5, 1813 to his daughter Olive Blasdell, wife of Aaron. John's window was still living at this time.
-His son Simeon had no children.
