-"In 1708 he went to Lancaster and was there till 1723. In 1725 he was in Plainfield, Conn. where he lived but a short time, returning to Marlborough, where 29 Oct, 1731 he sold land. We find deeds from him dated at Marlborough as late as 19 Dec. 1759. While in Plainfield he sold 17 Jan 1725 land " to my son Cyprian of Plainfield""
-"He was wounded in the Indian battle where one of his brother-in-laws was killed ( Jonathan Wilder ) and another severly wounded ( Ephraim Wilder ). His father-in-law ( Nathaniel Wilder ) was killed before in another Indian attack." Sources:
